With 25+ years of experience in education, project management, and construction, she specializes in public-sector contracting and small business capacity building. A Texas A&M graduate, Gillian is committed to advancing equity, opportunity, and leadership in the construction industry.

Founded in 2019, Odigo Services LLC is a minority-owned construction maintenance and general contracting firm providing hardscape, softscape, and signage solutions for community infrastructure and public-sector projects across Houston. The company also operates Odigo Learning, an education and training division that supports small and minority contractors through business development programs, workshops, and procurement readiness training.
